Visa QR eGift

The Visa® eGift is a digital Visa gift card designed for online purchases anywhere that contactless Visa cards are accepted. It cannot be used for cash withdrawals, pre-authorized transactions, or recurring payments. Each purchase is automatically deducted from the available balance. Additional restrictions may apply; please refer to your cardholder agreement for full details. To manage your eGift, securely save your card details available through My Card Wallet, including your 16-digit card number, expiration date, CVV2, and 19-digit Customer Service ID.

Your Visa eGift is delivered digitally and can be accessed through My Card Wallet. Once issued, the eGift is available for immediate use for eligible online purchases at Amazon Canada and can also be used in stores with a digital wallet everywhere contactless Visa cards are accepted in Canada.

You may check your balance by visiting mycardwallet.ca, calling 1-833-791-8882 for automated balance inquiries available 24/7, or by tracking your balance as you make purchases.

We suggest that you provide your billing information, as some online merchants verify name and address details prior to purchase.

There are no after-purchase fees associated with this product.

No. The funds on your eGift do not expire.

Yes. Your Visa eGift Card has a ‘valid thru’ date (9 years from date of purchase). If funds remain after this date has passed, please call 1-833-791-8882 for a replacement card. Your eGift will no longer work once the balance reaches $0.

No. The Visa eGift is not reloadable.

If your purchase exceeds the available balance, the merchant may allow a split tender transaction using another form of payment for the remaining amount.

No. This eGift is valid only for purchases made in Canada.

Call 1-833-791-8882 as soon as possible to cancel your eGift. You will need your 16-digit card number. If funds remain, a replacement will be issued.
