Use this Visa eGift Card for online, in-app, and in-store purchases at participating merchants across Canada. Not valid for use outside of Canada.

Stay safe online

Double check if the URL/website is genuine before entering any details. Do not provide any gift card details (example: claim code) to someone you do not know or trust. There are a variety of scams in which fraudsters try to trick others into paying with gift cards.

Funds do not expire

Your Visa eGift has a ‘valid thru’ date (9 years from date of purchase). If funds remain after this date has passed, please call Toll Free 1-833-287-8936 for a replacement card. A one-time purchase fee applies at the time of checkout.

FAQs

The Visa® eGift is a digital Visa gift card designed for online purchases anywhere that contactless Visa cards are accepted. It cannot be used for cash withdrawals, pre-authorized transactions, or recurring payments. Each purchase is automatically deducted from the available balance. Additional restrictions may apply; please refer to your cardholder agreement for full details. To manage your eGift, securely save your card details available through My Card Wallet, including your 16-digit card number, expiration date, CVV2, and 19-digit Customer Service ID.
